It’s clear that push notifications are sent to visitors and customers of online stores in order to encourage their purchase behaviours. These people may view lots of items and add them to carts but delay checking; as a result, they receive a series of push notifications, which may be very annoying.

Therefore, creating concise push notifications and include some benefits inside can avoid getting negative feedback from your push notification’s recipients

1. Send concise messages

Your customers may receive many push notifications or abandoned cart emails daily and tend to ignore some wordy messages. Push notifications usually appear on screen of mobile devices or desktop and there is limited room to display. Hence, you need to make your content as short and clear as possible so that recipients will find it useful for them rather than an annoying message.

3. Make your customers appreciated

If your customers have done with their payment, don’t forget to give them thanks for their contribution to your desirable revenue. A push notification can be a Thank-you message that shows your appreciation for their orders.

Remember to welcome them back with future benefits when giving customers grateful Thanks for the last order. By valuing them with Thanks, you can have more chance of future orders without annoying-considered notifications.

You also make them more appreciated by sending them a birthday card in form of a push notification. Consider this way if it’s useful.
